I should have trusted my gut and left at the not so friendly introduction right when I told her what I wanted done and she said she wouldn’t do what I was asking for (lighten my already blonde ends) she then only lightened my like bangs. I told her very specifically I wanted a light bubblegum pink color and that I know your hair must be very light blonde to get that shade of pink and I really hate that fuchsia/dark pink color and I do not want that color at all. I felt like I did a lot of unnecessary waiting around and then she proceeded to put on the very color I told her I did not want. When it was all washed and blown out I have about 10 different shades of pink and fuchsia and rose gold in my hair just none of which I wanted. Most clients I can imagine would want an even color and she seemed upset with me having an upset look on my face and an honest answer of I’m not happy with the color and holding back my tears. She was unsympathetic and then just berated the condition of my hair and like stormed off. I still gave her a tip- I don’t know why- be better to future clients Kelly! Now I’ll never go back I would have respected you more if you said “that look is not a possible outcome I can achieve for you here today let’s talk about something I can do for you” and maybe have started off with a friendly introduction. I wasted almost $300 and I really don’t like my hair.
